Resumes can be 1 or 2 pages. 

You will get:

• 1 resume document with 1 target. Sometimes related roles can be combined into the same target (ex: Sales & Business Development). 

• 1 X 30-minute strategy call before writing begins. This is where we will identify the target you've identified, your achievements, and your day-to-day duties.

• 2 rounds of revisions through email.

Documents are delivered via Word or Google Docs. PDFs are available upon request.

Choose this option if you:

• Are an individual contributor or managing a process or a single, small team that follows established procedures.

• Are relaunching your career after extended time off, but not as a leader.

• Are wanting to change careers and know you have to start over.

• Are transitioning from the military to the civilian workforce. 

Do not choose this if you plan to work for the federal government.

Resumes are generally 2 pages, but can be 1. 3 is very rare.

• 2 rounds of revisions, generally through email, but we can have a quick call.

• You lead large teams or multiple departments (or will be in your target role).

• You define the strategy and/or processes for a significant function.

• You are transitioning from Physician to corporate healthcare roles.

• You are a Consultant of any variety.

Do not choose this if you plan to work for the federal government.

Entry-level pros: We will focus on your skills and work experience while helping you find a few achievements to showcase.

Near/recent grads: Our focus is on coursework, projects, internships, and achievements.
